Customer Cancellations
- Free cancellation is allowed before a service provider accepts the request.
- If a cancellation occurs after confirmation, a fee may apply depending on the provider's acceptance.
- Last-minute cancellations within [X] hours of the scheduled time may incur a charge.
Service Provider Cancellations
- Service providers are expected to honor their bookings. Frequent cancellations may lead to penalties.
- In case of cancellation, the provider must inform the customer as early as possible.
Refund Policy
- A full refund is available for prepaid cancellations made before confirmation.
- A partial refund is applicable if the cancellation occurs after confirmation but before service execution.
- No refund will be provided once the service has started.
Exceptions
- If a provider fails to show up, customers will receive a full refund.
- Any disputes will be reviewed by our support team for a fair resolution.
